The room was clean and we had a great night's sleep. The housekeeping does a great job cleaning.
We hadn’t stayed at a Quality Inn in a while, but we will be from now on if they are like this. The person at the front desk, Eric, was super friendly and helpful. He told us that we qualified for the senior discount and was helpful with all if our questions. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was hot. Nice and quiet so we slept great. Will definitely return next time we drive through. Also, there was a restaurant that was accessed through the lobby, so we didn’t even have to leave for food. Overall a great stop for us.
They had rooms when no else wanted to allow a late check in!!! Super friendly staff and the room seemed to be properly cleaned compared to most. Would stay again for sure.
Bummer this place has so many negative reviews - I had a great stay!! Service was great (front desk was super friendly), room was very clean and quiet (surprising considering it’s right on 119), super hot water and good water pressure in the shower, and if you’re on the west side on the 2nd floor you get Mountain Views!! Can’t beat that. Only downsides: the rooms don’t have blackout curtains, only sheer, and the rooms smell a tiny bit off. Totally fine if you are okay with some light in the room at night. Next time I stay, I’ll just bring an eye mask and room spray!
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Vending machines are packed full with snacks, pop and juice. Receptionists are nice and friendly and accommodating. Love the memory foam mattress. Everything is great! Morning coffee and a yummy breakfast with waffles cereal and apples. Umm! Thanks QI for a wonderful stay in Longmont.
Check in with quick and easy the front desk staff was very friendly and professional the room was clean the breakfast was average. The mattress was comfortable. The pool is being refurbished so is out of order as of June 1st you may want to call to check if it's ready to use
Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, decent breakfast is a bonus, staff was nice though didn't say much, and great views on the west facing side. Not sure why the bad reviews. This place is better than expected for the price. This is categorized as a 2-star hotel, and is the best of the 2-star hotels at that intersection in my opinion (I've stayed at the others as well). You can't pick one of the cheapest hotels in the area and expect a 5-star experience at a 2-star hotel. If that's what you expect, then book a 5-star hotel and pay the 5-star price.
Wife need a place stay during a floor project. They were a few blocks away. Went inside and talked to the front desk. Was told cheaper to online. That's a good front desk person. Rooms were great. No bed bugs. Quiet
